Kali Cooke: Students will have loads of fun singing, dancing moving, and playing a variety of musical instruments. They will be given the opportunity to learn about basic musical components such as rhythm, pitch, music history, composition and genre. The classes are high energy, filled with both live and recorded music.

Library (Primary) WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS
Ms. Jeanne Fawcett: Jeanne (Ms. Sharon’s mom) will be reading wonderful stories to the children. The children love and enjoy Ms. Jeanne.

Physical Education (Primary & Elementary)
Jennifer Green:   Will be doing P.E. with our Primary and Elementary children once a week.  There are so many topics to cover that involve learning activity to take of our bodies.  We will discuss muscles and do activities that challenge your child’s balance, coordination, agility and flexibility.  Inspiring an individual child to learn about their body and how it works will certainly always involve FUN!

Art Program (Elementary and 3 year olds)
Janine Cole: The children will explore different mediums and get further acquainted with several famous artists as well as create their own masterpiece. It would be appreciated if you send in an old t-shirt to use during class to protect their clothing. In addition, please provide your child with a spiral drawing pad.

Gardening—(All Classes) WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY MORNINGS
Amy Thompson: In the Garden Program children learn about and explore nature with all their senses.  “Seed to Table” includes sowing seeds, watering plants, observing the garden, harvesting the bounty, and eating the fresh produce the children grow from organic, sustainable gardens. In all levels we have outside learning adventures about soil, bugs, water, compost, pollination, nutrition, and seasonal rhythms.
