What: Belles & Bowties, the school's annual fundraising gala
Where: Hampton Hall

Food: YES, a full sit down dinner (don't eat before you come!), full bar
Fun: Silent auction, dancing, music by Deas Guyz
Who can attend? Anyone who buys a ticket. This is open to the community (adults only)

What are parents obligated to do in advance of the event?
• Purchase 2 tickets
• Get a sponsorship or get two donations for the silent auction.

Sponsorship? Explain please.
You can buy a sponsorship at five different levels:

1. Presenting Sponsor $5000 -- only one available

  • Your name on the invitation (must commit prior to 2/15)
  • You can bring a vehicle with your logo to put at the event
  • Podium presence at the event
  • Take home novelty for guests with your logo
  • Your logo on the menu and in the program
  • 10 drink vouchers
  • Reserved table for 10 at the event
  • Banner with your logo in the carpool lane and at the event
  • Recognition by speaker at the event

2. Cocktail Sponsor $2500

  • Reserved table for 10 at the event 
  • Cocktail napkins at event with your name and logo
  • Banner with logo in the carpool lane and at the event
  • Recognition by speaker at the event
  • Name recognition in the event program

3. Platinum Sponsor  $1000

  • Reserved table for 8 at the event
  • Banner with logo in car pool and at the event
  • Recognition by speaker at the event
  • Name recognition in the event program

4. Tuxedo Sponsor $500

  • 4 tickets to the event
  • Banner with logo in the carpool lane and at the event
  • Name recognition in event program

5. Pearl Sponsor $250

  • 2 tickets to event
  • Name Recognition in the program
  • A sign in the carpool lane with your name or logo

What kind of donations?
Ask restaurants, retail stores, service providers, or photographers to donate an item or you can make your own basket (check Pinterest for ideas). Popular themes from last year were kids themes (art, princess, superhero, lego, etc.), family fun night (movies, popcorn), wine baskets, lottery baskets. Get creative! These will all be in our silent auction and do really well. 

How about gift certificates?
Those sell very well. We have an online auction a week before the event in which we put a lot of our gift certificates.

Are the classrooms making anything?
Yes, each classroom will be building a piece of furniture for the live auction. We will also have a live auction which will consist of our class projects. Examples from last year year is a kids picnic table, corn hole set, joggling board. Once these are completed we will send out pictures so everyone can see them ahead of time. If you would like to help with your child's class please contact your room mom. 

How else can I help?
We need a procurement committee to help. We will have our first meeting on Wednesday February 10 after drop off in the upstairs room at the school. We will have coffee and some breakfast pastries. If you have children not in school please feel free to bring them. This is a great opportunity to get your ten required volunteer hours in and meet some other moms.
